The Staff of Frost is a Mistlands elemental staff crafted at the Galdr Table from Yggdrasil Wood, Refined Eitr, and Freeze Glands. It rapidly fires ice shards that deal frost damage and slow anything they hit in valheim. The slow makes it strong for kiting fast or dangerous enemies, and like all magic it runs on Eitr and scales with your Elemental skill. It pairs well with a Staff of Protection.
