Food & Hunger System

Valheim has no hunger meter: food is a buff system where you keep up to three different foods active at once. Each food raises your max health, stamina, and/or Eitr and heals over time, decaying over its 20 to 25 minute timer until it digests. Eating the same food again before it expires refreshes its strength, so the core loop is topping up your three foods before any of them run low, especially before a fight.
