The Lox Cape is crafted from Lox Pelt and Silver at the Workbench, and it is the cape of choice for the Mountains. It gives frost resistance and prevents the Cold and Freezing effects, letting you skip frost resistance mead while you explore. It also overrides the Wet frost penalty, so it doubles as a rain cape.
