Fishing (Skill)

Fishing levels up as you land catches with a Fishing Rod, and a higher level makes fish easier to reel in. It is a purely optional, quality-of-life skill rather than a combat or survival necessity.

Why It Matters

If you enjoy fishing for food recipes like fish wraps, leveling it smooths out the minigame considerably. If you never pick up a rod, Fishing simply never factors into your build at all.
