Bows (Skill)

Bows is one of the highest-value skills in valheim, leveling every time you land a hit with a bow. A higher level raises bow damage and noticeably speeds up your draw, letting you loose arrows faster without sacrificing accuracy.

Why It Matters

Because ranged damage scales into every stage of the game, from hunting Deer in the Meadows to sniping Fulings in the Plains, Bows tends to end up one of the first skills a Viking maxes out almost by accident just from regular play.
