Minor Eitr Mead restores 125 Eitr over 10 seconds, letting mages keep casting when their bar runs dry mid-fight. It is brewed from Mistlands ingredients including Sap and Royal Jelly at a Cauldron, then fermented. For staff builds it is the magic equivalent of a stamina potion, a key part of any Mistlands or Ashlands mage kit.
