Charred Warlock
The fire-mage casters of the Valheim Ashlands that summon Twitchers.

Charred Warlocks are the staff-wielding fire mages of the Ashlands, found around Charred Fortresses. They hurl green fireballs that burst into lingering fire vortexes and summon weaker Summoned Twitchers to harass you. Kill them first to stop the summons, and exploit the Charred spirit weakness. Half of them spawn wearing a Charred Helmet you can collect.
