Deathsquito

The Deathsquito is a giant mosquito in the Plains, and it has the worst damage-to-size ratio in the game. It has almost no health but can deal over 90 damage in one hit, enough to kill anyone not in full padded armor.

How to Survive Them

1. Listen. The high-pitched buzz is your only warning before it strikes.
2. Block. A timed block staggers it and lets you counter.
3. One hit kills it, so any weapon works once you connect.

What It Drops

Deathsquitos drop Needle, used to craft Needle Arrows, the best non-elemental arrows in the game.
