Barley is first looted from cultivated patches in Fuling Villages in the Plains, then replanted on your own farm with a Cultivator (it only grows in the Plains). Milled at a Windmill into Barley Flour, it unlocks Bread, Lox Meat Pie, and the best late foods. A self-sufficient Barley farm is a major endgame milestone.
