The Eitr Refinery processes Sap and Soft Tissue into Refined Eitr, the fuel for all magic. Load up to 20 of each into the funnel and grinder, and it slowly produces Eitr. Be warned: it discharges lightning and poison while running, which can damage you and nearby wooden structures, so give it space.
