Honey is harvested from Beehives, which you build after finding a Queen Bee in an abandoned Meadows house. As a food it gives +10 health and +35 stamina, a cheap early stamina boost, but its real value is as the base ingredient in nearly every mead in valheim. Keep several hives running so you always have Honey for potions and cooking.
