How the Rested buff and Comfort level work in valheim. Base regen bonus explained.

The Rested buff boosts your health and stamina regeneration and is the single most important quality-of-life mechanic in valheim. You gain it by spending about 20 seconds near comfort, and it lasts 7 minutes at base, plus 1 minute for each level of Comfort. Comfort comes from nearby furniture, shelter, and fires (a Hearth gives +2), so a cozy decorated base can push Rested to around 24 minutes or more.
