Spinesnap is the Mistlands bow, crafted from Fine Wood, Bone Fragments, and the Mandibles that Seeker Soldiers drop. It adds spirit damage to your arrows and keeps the fast draw of a bow, a contrast to the slow, heavy Arbalest crossbow in valheim. It is the natural ranged upgrade over the Draugr Fang once you reach the Mistlands.
