Sap is drawn from the large Ancient Roots in the Mistlands by placing a Sap Extractor on them. It is then refined with Soft Tissue into Refined Eitr at an Eitr Refinery. Sap is the start of the whole magic supply chain, so locate roots early when settling the Mistlands.
