North of Brynmoor, and the ancestral home of the Garou. The step up in difficulty here is sharp.
The Bloodblight Swamp is what happened when the dragon general Velgar bled across plains that used to be fertile. His poisoned blood is still in the ground. The Stormtouched Highlands carry a permanent magical storm born out of a necromantic curse, and the wiki's description of it is worth quoting: thunder there is "hateful and spiteful, striking any that walk the land."
Expect Garou, corrupted wildlife, dragons and cursed storm entities. The Highlands Castle holds the Garou King, a power 5 mini boss weak to Crush.
Four vaults sit in this region: Takla Kara and Skeklac Kara in the Fractured Plains at levels 3 and 4, Kletterbuja Kara in the Bloodblight Swamp at 3, and Chaktan Kara in the Stormtouched Highlands at 4.
