The dragon turning the Umbral Sands into a furnace by manipulating the Lens, and the gatekeeper on the endgame. Power 7, 16,000 health, no weakness, at the end of Icthlarin's Little Helper.
He also brands the Garou of the region with Fuzan's Mark, which drains their strength into him, which is the fiction behind why the whole area is as hostile as it is.
Treat him as the gear check before the Scorned Wilderness. Adamant at power 7 is the realistic floor, and if you have cleared the Kalphite Queen and Tok-Xil in the same region first you will be comfortably past it.
