Shikanoin Heizou is a 4-star Anemo catalyst unit, the only catalyst Anemo character. His Skill builds Declension stacks for a stronger charged punch, and his Burst groups and swirls. He works as a swirl support or budget Anemo carry.

Artifact Set: 4pc Viridescent Venerer (Anemo shred) or 4pc Marechaussee Hunter / EM sets for swirl reaction DPS. Main Stats: EM or ATK% Sands / Anemo DMG Goblet / CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG Circlet. Substats: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG > Elemental Mastery > ATK%.

Best Teams

1. Swirl DPS: Xiangling, Bennett, Xingqiu. Heizou swirls Pyro/Hydro for reaction damage and VV shred.
2. Anemo Hypercarry: Bennett, Fischl, Sucrose for EM stacking.
