Artifact Set: 4pc Noblesse Oblige (team ATK buff) or 2pc Cryo + 2pc ATK; 4pc Golden Troupe is not relevant, prefer Noblesse. Main Stats: ATK% Sands / ATK% or Cryo DMG Goblet / ATK% or CRIT Circlet. Substats: Energy Recharge > ATK% > CRIT.
