Genshin Impact banners
Genshin Impact Version 7.1 Phase 2 is live from October 13 to November 3, 2026, and it is the rerun half of the version: Skirk returns on "Void Star's Advent" and Escoffier on "La Chanson Cerise". Their signature weapons, Azurelight and Symphonist of Scents, share the Phase 2 Epitome Invocation, and the promoted 4-stars across both wishes are Dahlia, Candace, and Mika. Phase 1's double debut, Vesna and Vodyanitsa, closed October 13, so those two are done until a rerun. Version 7.1 ends November 3 at 14:59 server time, with 7.2 maintenance on November 4. Skirk and Escoffier Reruns (7.1 Phase 2)
Should you pull? Live now, and two Cryo reruns that slot together: Skirk is the on-field carry on "Void Star's Advent", Escoffier the Cryo applicator and healer on "La Chanson Cerise", so the pair builds a freeze or Cryo-reaction core in one phase instead of two. The two wishes share one pity counter, which is the detail that decides how you spend here: you cannot hedge across both without the losses landing on the same count, so pick the one you actually want and commit. Reruns return and debuts do not, so this is the cheaper half of 7.1 even though Vesna and Vodyanitsa were the louder one. Worth a look if you pulled Vodyanitsa in Phase 1, since she now slots into Skirk's top supports.

Epitome Invocation (7.1 Phase 2)
Version 7.1Should you pull? Both Phase 2 signatures on one banner again, and the Epitomized Path lets you fate-point either one, so this is a cleaner weapon banner than Phase 1 was only in the sense that you know what you are chasing. It is still the skippable half: a rerun character at base weapon is worth more to most accounts than a signature on a unit you do not own. Pull here only if Skirk or Escoffier is already a fixture in your teams. Promoted 4-star weapons: Sturdy Bone, Sacrificial Greatsword, Favonius Lance, The Widsith, Sacrificial Bow.

Should you pull? The first playable 5-star from Snezhnaya and the face of the region, built around the new Cryo-centric reaction toolkit. Pull if you want the marquee unit of the patch or a modern Cryo sword carry.

Arlecchino Rerun
Should you pull? A long-standing top-tier Pyro on-field carry. If you skipped her before and want a self-sufficient main DPS, this rerun is the safer of the two Phase 1 banners.

Epitome Invocation (Phase 1)
Version 7.0Should you pull? Signature weapons for both Phase 1 headliners. Only worth it if you already have the character and are chasing the last few percent; the Epitomized Path costs real Primogems.

Flins and Ineffa Reruns (7.0 Phase 2)
Should you pull? Two reruns rather than a debut, both Lunar-Charged Electro polearm carries that anchor the same team. Pull here if you are building the Lunar reaction core: Flins is the on-field carry, Ineffa the feeder, and this is the window they overlap. If neither fills a gap, this is the natural phase to save toward 7.1.
Closed September 22 when Version 7.1 began. Flins wants a Nod-Krai enabler to unlock his full kit, so plan the team, not just the carry.
Epitome Invocation (7.0 Phase 2)
Version 7.0Should you pull? Signature Polearms for both Phase 2 reruns. Only worth it if you already own the character and want the last few percent; the Epitomized Path still costs real Primogems. For a reaction carry like Flins, the weapon banner is usually the skippable half.
Vesna and Vodyanitsa (7.1 Phase 1)
Should you pull? Closed October 13. This was two debuts in one phase rather than a debut plus a rerun, so Primogems had to cover both new units at once and most accounts picked one. Vesna was the Anemo sword unit on "When Warm Winds Cavort"; Vodyanitsa the Hydro catalyst unit on "Surging Ballad". Neither has a rerun date, and debuts typically wait two or three versions, so the live Phase 2 reruns are where saved Primogems go now. One upside if you did pull Vodyanitsa: Game8 now lists her in Skirk's top three supports, which makes the Phase 2 Skirk rerun a better buy for Vodyanitsa owners than it was at the start of the version.

Epitome Invocation (7.1 Phase 1)
Version 7.1Should you pull? Closed October 13 with Phase 1. Both debut signatures sat on one banner, which is the usual trap: you could not target one without risking the other, and the Epitomized Path only fixes that after you have already spent. The Phase 2 Epitome Invocation below has the same shape with Azurelight and Symphonist of Scents.
