Furina

Furina is one of Genshin's strongest all-purpose units. Her Skill summons servants that deal Hydro damage and shift the team between healing and HP drain, and her Burst converts everyone's HP changes into stacking Fanfare that boosts party damage and incoming healing. Top Weapons: Splendor of Tranquil Waters (signature), Festering Desire, Fleuve Cendre Ferryman. Artifact Set: Golden Troupe (4-piece), or Tenacity of the Millelith for a support variant. Main Stats: HP% Sands / HP% Goblet / CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG Circlet. Substats: CRIT Rate/DMG, HP%, ER, EM.
