Aloy is a 5-star Cryo bow unit. Her Skill drops Freeze Bombs that apply Cryo and grant Coil stacks, raising her normal attack damage and converting her attacks to Cryo at full stacks. She functions as a Cryo applicator and budget carry.

Top Weapons: Polar Star (best bow), Aqua Simulacra, Thundering Pulse or The Stringless (budget EM). Artifact Set: 4-piece Blizzard Strayer in Freeze, or 2-piece +18% ATK + 2-piece +20% Cryo DMG. Main Stats: Sands ATK% (or EM for Melt) / Goblet Cryo DMG / Circlet CRIT. Substats: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG > ATK% > Energy Recharge.

Best Teams

1. Freeze: Aloy + a Hydro applier + Kazuha + Diona.
2. Melt: Aloy + Bennett + Xiangling + Kazuha.

Kit Overview

• Elemental Skill: drops bombs that build Coil stacks, converting her Normal Attacks to Cryo and boosting ATK.
• Elemental Burst: large AoE Cryo damage with a Cryo DMG bonus afterward.
• Core loop: stack Coils, then deal Cryo Normal/Charged damage as a Cryo carry.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Free character, fits Freeze and Melt cores, solid Cryo application. Cons: Dated kit and damage ceiling, no constellations available.
