Neuvillette is a premier on-field Hydro DPS. He channels a continuous Charged Attack beam that deals Hydro damage scaling off his max HP, and stacks from enemy reactions boost its multiplier to a steep ceiling. He needs little field-time setup beyond keeping his beam pointed at the target.

Build max HP and Hydro damage, then surround him with HP-scaling enablers like Furina and a shielder or healer. He is a consensus top pick on the Genshin tier list.
