How to Redeem Genshin Impact Codes

Short answer: reach Adventure Rank 10, then either sign in to HoYoverse's official redemption website and paste the code, or go in-game to Settings, Account, Redeem Now. Rewards arrive in your in-game mail.

Steps

1. Reach Adventure Rank 10. Codes cannot be redeemed before this.
2. Open the official HoYoverse redemption website and sign in, or in-game go to Settings, Account, Redeem Now.
3. Enter the code and confirm.
4. Open your in-game mail to claim the Primogems and materials. Mail holds rewards for 7 days.

Notes

• Livestream codes expire within a few days, so redeem them right away.
• The permanent GENSHINGIFT code works on and off, so try it whenever you visit the page.
