Nilou

Nilou is a 5-star Hydro sword support. Her Skill dance enables a buff that converts Bloom into stronger Bountiful Cores, but only in teams made up solely of Hydro and Dendro characters. She is the core enabler of Bloom teams.

Top Weapons: Key of Khaj-Nisut (signature, HP scaling and team EM), Fleuve Cendre Ferryman, Sacrificial Sword (4-star HP/energy). Artifact Set: 4pc Flower of Paradise Lost (best for Bloom) or 4pc Tenacity of the Millelith for a support tilt. Main Stats: HP% Sands / HP% Goblet / HP% Circlet. Substats: HP% > Elemental Mastery > Energy Recharge.

Best Teams

1. Bountiful Bloom: Nahida, Kokomi, Baizhu. Two Dendro plus two Hydro to trigger her supercharged Bloom.
2. Bloom Core: Yelan, Dendro Traveler, healer flex.

Kit Overview

• Skill enters Pirouette dancing stance, converting Normal Attacks into Sword Dances that build toward Luminous Illusion.
• Burst deals Hydro damage and contributes to her on-field Bloom rotation.
• Core loop: in a pure Hydro/Dendro team her passive upgrades Bloom into hard-hitting Bountiful Cores that scale on HP.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Defines the Bloom archetype with massive AoE core damage; tanky HP scaling; comfortable rotations. Cons: Locked into strict 2 Dendro + 2 Hydro teambuilding; weak outside Bloom comps.
