Artifact Set: 4pc Wanderer's Troupe (Charged Attack and EM) or 4pc Gilded Dreams; Thundering Fury and 2+2 mixes also work. Main Stats: EM or ATK% Sands / Electro DMG Goblet / CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG Circlet. Substats: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG and Elemental Mastery (aim for ~300 EM), then Energy Recharge.
