The Void is a scythe-finned open-water leviathan that attacks in shivers, meaning groups, which makes it especially dangerous away from the seabed. It is Subnautica 2's warning against swimming or sailing too far into open ocean.
How to Survive It
Stay near terrain and your bases, and avoid long open-water crossings without a fast vehicle. If the Void closes in, break line of sight against the seabed or wreckage and put distance between you and the pack. Out in the open with several of them, you will lose.
