The Tadpole is not one fixed shape: you swap its chassis to retune the same sub for a different role.
Confirmed Variants
- Scout Ray Chassis: a speed-and-agility body that pushes the Tadpole to roughly 10 m/s with folding wings, built for covering distance and outrunning trouble.
- Haul Chassis: a cargo body that adds extra seating and a large internal storage bank, turning the Tadpole into a hauler for resources and co-op passengers.
Additional chassis options are planned across Early Access, but these are the variants confirmed in the current build.
