The High Capacity Air Tank is the mid-tier oxygen upgrade, adding 75 seconds for a total of 120. You craft it at the Fabricator from a Standard Air Tank and a Plasteel Ingot, and you unlock the blueprint from a Recipe Data Card found at the Spires Wreck or the Cicada Wreck. Beyond it sits the Ultra High Capacity Air Tank for the deepest dives.
