How a Mistfall Hunter run works: descend, loot, fight, and escape with a Soul of Return before another hunter or the Mist takes everything.

Each Mistfall Hunter run is a high-stakes loop. You enter the Gyldenmist ruins, gather loot, and then need to escape to bank it. If you die, you lose what you were carrying.
Finding Your Way Out
Extraction is built around reaching a way home rather than walking to a static exit. In the demo this revolves around locating a Returner Woodling to claim a Soul of Return, which lets you leave with your spoils.
Risk Versus Greed
Every additional fight or chest is more value but more exposure to enemies, Mist Lords, and rival hunters. Knowing when to leave is the core skill.
