Six classes, eleven weapon sets, and a balance record that tells you more than any power ranking could. These boards rank on the direction of Bellring's own patches, on how badly a squad misses a role when nobody fills it, and on the gap between playing solo and playing in a trio, which is wider in Mistfall Hunter than in most extraction games.

Bring one

Withered Knight

Polearm and Shield is the best squad protection in the game, and September 15 cut Sacred Bulwark's cooldown while gutting the Greatsword side. The class is S because of what it does for a trio, not because of its damage.

Mercenary

The most forgiving class to learn the extraction loop on, buffed twice in September, then nerfed on the 23rd because its Rock Scatter burst "significantly exceeded our design expectations" in Bellring's own words. A class only gets that sentence written about it when it was winning.

Strong, with a condition

Sorcerer

Stardust magic is the answer to a Corroded boss or an overextended player, and nothing else in the roster deletes a target that fast. It is also the only class with no second weapon and no durability, so it is A with a frontline and considerably worse without one.

Blackarrow

Controls space in PvPvE and carries the Javelin as a genuine answer to whoever closes the gap, which is the problem that usually sinks a bow class. Held at A rather than S because its weapon-set details come from community guides, not published notes.
