Each tribesman can be shaped into a generalist who handles a bit of everything or a specialist who excels at one craft or weapon, depending on which proficiencies you grow. High aptitude in mining, cooking, weaving, or a weapon class makes a recruit far more productive in that lane. Smart tribes assign people to the jobs their talents already favor.
