How to recruit tribesmen in Soulmask with the Deter mechanic.

Tribesmen are the NPCs who run your civilization, and you recruit them by Deterring. Knock an Outcast, Barbarian, or enemy tribesman below roughly 20% health, then interact (default E) while wearing the Mask to bring them into your tribe instead of killing them. Your population cap starts at 3 and rises to 18 as you upgrade Connection Enhancement on the Mask, so growing your tribe is itself a progression goal.
