The Plateau is the elevated highland region of the Cloud Mist Forest, with shifting temperatures and inhabitants distinct from the lowlands. Its raised terrain and exposure make gear and climate prep matter more than in the rainforest. It is one of the mid-tier zones tribes push into as they grow stronger.
