Phacia is an ambush bug in Shellwood that disguises itself as a flower and releases a pollen cloud when you get close or strike it. It is fragile on its own, but the pollen can soften you up for nearby threats. A Black-Threaded variant doubles its health and ends with a Void blade explosion on death, so treat the corrupted version with more care. Clear it from range with a Silk Skill when you can.
