Heart of the Wild is part of the Old Hearts line, won by defeating Skarrsinger Karmelita in the Far Fields to claim the Hunter's Heart. It is one of the three Hearts the questline demands. The Karmelita fight makes it among the more combat-heavy of the Heart quests. Its reward feeds directly into the late-game Silk and health upgrades.
