Mask Shards & Silk Hearts

Your survivability grows through collectibles hidden across Pharloom. Mask Shards raise maximum health: four shards add one mask, with twenty in the game for a cap of ten masks. Spool Fragments raise your maximum Silk, with eighteen to find and every two adding a notch to your spool. The three rare Silk Hearts deliver the biggest Silk and regeneration upgrades and are tied to the Old Hearts questline and key boss rewards. Hunting these down is the long-game progression that turns Hornet from fragile to formidable.
