Flick the Fixer is a Silksong builder in Bonebottom who constructs the Wishwell board; despite the name, he does not repair tools.
Flick the Fixer is a builder who shows up in Bonebottom after the Bell Beast is freed, constructing the Wishwell board where wishes (quests) are posted. Despite the name, Flick does not repair tools, that work belongs to the Forge Daughter, the Twelfth Architect, and Mount Fay. His real role is turning Bonebottom into a functioning hub and surfacing the quest board. Check his board regularly for new wishes as you progress.
