Narcissus

Short answer: Narcissus is a 6-Star Beast Arcanist and a healer who is really an Ultimate engine. Her Force Field, Zero-Proof Revelry, gives the whole team 40% Ultimate Might plus 2% for every point of Moxie the team spends on Ultimates, and every heal she casts leaves Ripple on the target, which grants +20% Critical Rate and +60% Critical DMG on that ally's next Ultimate attack.

Insight III removes team Ultimates from the Incantation Draw Limit, adds 30% DMG Taken Reduction, and banks overflow Moxie instead of wasting it. Oracle's Riddle then lets her cast heals and attacks as free extra actions that themselves count as Ultimates.

She takes the back half of Version 3.9. The CN Phase 2 opening of 3 September 2026 is reported rather than announced, and no Global date exists, so both are marked NEEDS_REVIEW.

Being Beast, she loses to Mineral and beats Plant on the Afflatus wheel.

The full kit, the Oracle's Riddle loop and the Portray table are in the Narcissus build guide.
