Short answer: Everecho is a 6-Star Mineral Arcanist and a Conduit healer, the sustain half of Version 3.8. Her banner, Speak and the Past Will Echo, runs through 15 October 2026, after which Cornerstone takes Phase 2.
She is a genuine upgrade only if your Conduit team is currently healing through a 5-star. That is the honest test, because a sustain unit replaces a slot rather than reshaping a team.
Version 3.8 put two Mineral 6-stars back to back, so "shore up my Mineral coverage" is not a reason to pull both. Everecho is the sustain half and Cornerstone is the damage half, and they are units of the same Afflatus doing entirely different jobs.
Being Mineral, she loses to Plant and beats Beast on the Afflatus wheel.
The banner windows, the pull case and what else 3.8 changed are in the Version 3.8 breakdown.
