Reverse: 1999 Version 3.8 "The Temporal Scale" is in its second half. Phase 2 opened October 15 at 05:00 (UTC-5) and runs to November 5 at 04:59, which puts Cornerstone on "The Future's Foundation" with 5-star Diggers and Desert Flannel on rate-up. Cornerstone is the damage half of the version: a Mineral 6-star built as the carry for Riposte teams, dealing Riposte damage both passively and on command. That makes the pull question a team question rather than a power one. If you have no Riposte core, she is the piece that starts one, and three weeks is enough time to build around her. If you already have one, she is an upgrade rather than an unlock. Phase 1 is over: Everecho, the Mineral Conduit healer, closed with the turnover on October 15, so she is off the channel until a rerun. Two Mineral 6-stars in one version is a lot of Mineral, and if you skipped Everecho to save for this, that was the right read. Version 3.9 and its Hedone banner are listed below, and the lineup is on the record because CN has already played that patch, but the November 5 Global date is still a projection rather than an announcement, so do not hold pulls for a date nobody has published. Below is the schedule with a "should you pull" verdict for each.

The Future's Foundation: Cornerstone (Version 3.8 Phase 2)
Should you pull? Live now, and the damage half of 3.8. Cornerstone is a Mineral 6-star of the Riposte archetype built as the carry for Riposte teams, dealing Riposte damage both passively and on command. The honest question is not whether she is strong, it is which gap she fills: a second Mineral slot you may not need, or a first Riposte core you probably do. The second case is the one worth 3.8's pulls, and you have until November 5 to decide. Diggers and Desert Flannel share the rate-up, so the 5-star pity is not dead weight either.
Phase 2 opened October 15 at 05:00 and closes November 5 at 04:59 (UTC-5) with the version, confirmed on the open and re-read 2026-10-18. That window is now pinned by dated event boundaries rather than by arithmetic: the game wiki's Events table ends the 3.8 story event "A Fledgling's Brave Fall" at October 15, 04:59 and starts "See You in the New World" at 05:00 the same day, running to November 5, 04:59, both tagged Version 3.8. Rate-up 5-stars are reported as Diggers and Desert Flannel. Cornerstone opened CN Phase 2 on July 2, and July 2 plus the measured 105-day CN-to-Global gap also lands on October 15, which is the third route to the same date.

Version 3.9 Phase 1: Hedone
Should you pull? Too far out to plan against, but unusually knowable for a banner this distant, because CN has already played it. Hedone opened Version 3.9 on the Chinese server on August 13, so the lineup below is on the record rather than leaked. What is not settled is the Global date. If you are deciding between Everecho now and Cornerstone on October 15, 3.9 is not the reason to hold.
The lineup is confirmed from the CN run of Version 3.9, which began August 13, 2026. The November 5 Global date is a projection and is marked NEEDS_REVIEW: it comes from two independent routes, the standard six-week two-phase version length counted from 3.8's dated September 24 start, and the 84-day CN-to-Global gap applied to August 13. Version 3.9 Phase 2: Narcissus
Should you pull? The back half of 3.9, and the furthest thing on this page. Listed so the rotation reads end to end rather than stopping mid-version; there is no pull decision here until 3.9 is dated.
NEEDS_REVIEW on timing. The Phase 2 lineup is confirmed from the CN run of Version 3.9, but no dates are given here at all: Phase 1 is itself a projection, so dating Phase 2 off it would be a guess stacked on a guess. It follows Phase 1 by three weeks on the standard structure.

Speak and the Past Will Echo: Everecho (Version 3.8 Phase 1)
Should you pull? Closed October 15 at 04:59 (UTC-5) when Phase 2 opened. She was a sustain pull rather than a damage one: a Mineral 6-star Conduit who heals and buffs at once, and the answer if your Conduit team was getting by on a 5-star healer. If you skipped her for Cornerstone, nothing is lost that a rerun will not return, and the Phase 2 channel is where your pulls belong for the next three weeks.
Version 3.8 "The Temporal Scale" opened on Global September 24, 2026 (UTC-5). Phase 1 runs to October 15 at 04:59 server time, with 5-star Bkornblume and Dikke on rate-up alongside her. The version is a 42-day one split into two 21-day phases. Worth knowing before you spend: a "Ripples on the Water" 6-star selector (reported as Regulus, Mercuria, J, Hissabeth, A Knight and Ms. New Babel) is being reported for this version, but coverage splits on whether it is confirmed for Global or inferred from CN, so treat it as unconfirmed rather than as a reason to hold pulls. The beginner banner did refresh: Semmelweis, Mercuria and A Knight replace three of the old 6-stars, and existing players get 30 Unitone plus one guaranteed 6-star from the new roster. The sign-in event pays 14 Unilog across the two phases.
Ms. Stranger (Anniversary Phase 2)
Version 3.7Should you pull? Closed September 24 when 3.8 opened. If you got her, she is often the safer long-term investment of the two anniversary units; if you did not, expect a rerun rather than a quick return. Her build coverage stays up for when she comes back.
Ran September 3 to September 24, closing with the 3.7 to 3.8 turnover. The third-anniversary patch also handed every player a free 6-star Coppelia plus around 45 pulls from sign-in events, and this channel carried its own 10-pull giveaway.
Rhiannon (Anniversary Phase 1)
Version 3.7Should you pull? The anniversary headliner and a Beast Reality carry. If you missed her channel, expect a rerun down the line rather than a quick return; a Beast damage core is worth planning around when she comes back.
Closed September 3 as Phase 2 opened. Rotated out with her 10-pull giveaway and the bulk of the anniversary sign-in rewards.
Polymerized Dreams: The Twins (Atomic Heart collaboration)
Should you pull? Gone, and worth knowing you missed it rather than waiting for it. The Twins are the first Arcanist in the game to carry two Afflatus at once, Mineral and Star. No collaboration rerun has been announced, so treat this as closed until Bluepoch says otherwise.
The collaboration version "Polymerized Dreams" went live globally on July 23, 2026 (UTC-5) and closed when the 3.7 anniversary patch launched on August 13. It was the game's first globally synchronized version update, so Global and CN opened it the same day; on CN the same content sits inside Version 3.8. The run paid out over 110 free pulls plus a free monthly subscription, Nora as a free 4-star, and the "Back to Chelomey" exploration mode set in Facility 3826. The Twins' banner used a 100-pull milestone that let you take either a copy of The Twins or a 6-star selector from the Standard Pool, with further rewards at 160, 220 and 280 pulls.
