Storm Magic is the burst-and-buff school, electrifying enemies with the Static effect so they take bonus damage when struck again. Signature spells include Ball Lightning, Discharge, the Polarity Shift teleport, and Cyclone. It offers strong area damage and handy utility, and it was rebalanced alongside Chaos in the Oakveil update. Chaining Static procs into a big follow-up hit is the core of a Storm build.
