HoYoverse drip-marketed her on September 12, 2026 as an S-Rank Fire Anomaly of the Krampus Compliance Authority, so rarity, attribute, specialty and faction are confirmed rather than datamined; this entry previously said "nothing official behind it", which was true when written and stopped being true in September. What remains unconfirmed is everything mechanical (the Weakened squad-wide Anomaly CRIT passive, the 145 Anomaly Mastery threshold, the 300-second revive) plus her exact banner dates, which arrive with the 3.3 Special Program. The October 21 version start is confirmed from HoYoverse own 3.2 notice (42 days, ending 2026-10-21 06:00 UTC+8).

Corrected 2026-10-04: not leak-only. HoYoverse has revealed him as an S-Rank Wind Attack Agent of the Metropolitan Order Division, Seth Lowell's older brother and the first Agent to wield a giant sword, so the identity is confirmed. The window is still inference from the standard two-phase split of a 42-day version and is the part to treat as unconfirmed, along with the whole beta kit (Wind Rider at +60% for one stack and +300% for two, the dodge built into his Basic Attack string, and the signature W-Engine at 713 base ATK / 24% CRIT Rate). Velina and Norma are rumoured as the 3.3 reruns on weaker evidence still, so they are not tracked here.

The 7.1 debut, live since September 23. The release date was set by the version; her kit was not confirmed until the Special Program.

Live now on "Speak and the Past Will Echo", with 5-star Bkornblume and Dikke on rate-up. A Conduit healer who buffs while sustaining, so she is an upgrade only if a 5-star is currently healing that team.
Cornerstone

The damage half of 3.8, on "The Future's Foundation" with 5-star Diggers and Desert Flannel. Bluepoch dated the version, not the phase flip, so October 15 comes from the 42-day two-phase structure and from schedule trackers rather than an announcement.

Unusually knowable for a banner this far out, because CN already ran Version 3.9 from August 13, so the lineup is on the record rather than leaked. November 5 is a projection from two routes that agree: 3.8 plus six weeks, and August 13 plus the 84-day CN-to-Global gap.
