Hong Lu

Hong Lu is Sinner No. 6, serene and worldly. He covers Sinking and Rupture, but his standout for most of the game's life has been a top-tier dedicated support Identity that buffs the whole team's damage consistently, a rare role in Limbus.

Season 8 gave him a second job. Haute Couture::Le Noir 3F Public Address Room Hong Lu (000, Blunt) released October 29, 2026 and is the sturdiest Identity the season has produced: 316 HP and Defense Level 69, against Sinclair's 266 and Heathcliff's 280, with a single stagger threshold at 45% (142 HP) rather than the usual two. Blunt lands on him at half damage, so he soaks the damage type he deals. The hole in the wall is Pierce, which is Fatal against him at double damage.

He runs on Preservation, the Le Noir unique Charge variant that Don Quixote introduced earlier in the season, and his two passives both feed off it. You Should Listen, You Know? grants Preservation and up to one stack of Ready to Narrate a turn, then grants Potency once enough Preservation has been consumed in an encounter. Le Noir: Worsted raises his Defense Skill clash power off his Preservation count and hands him a Le Noir: Worsted Overcoat at 8 or more. His skills reach for Tremor, Tremor Burst, Sloth Resist Down, Sloth DMG Up, Shield, Protection and Assist Defense, which makes this Identity a wall and a Tremor enabler, not a damage source.
