Heathcliff is Sinner No. 7, hot-tempered and loyal to Catherine. His Identities deliver heavy single-target and AoE damage across Tremor, Bleed, and Burn, including the House of Spiders line from Season 7.
Haute Couture::Le Rouge King of Needleworks Heathcliff (000, Pierce) released October 29, 2026 and is the Season 8 Identity worth understanding before you spend shards, because its best passive is not about Heathcliff at all. Customer Complaints Haunting the Ears grants him Pulsation, and then: if the ally Sinclair is on the field at turn start, Heathcliff gains Cry of the Cocoon, which grows into stronger Cocoon stages. Sinclair's own Extraction closed at 10:00 KST on October 29, two hours before this one opened, so the payoff is gated behind a pull you had to make the previous fortnight, or on a Dispenser craft now.
The rest of the kit is built to hurt itself on purpose. Handmade? You want me to hand-stitch this?! grants Pulsation and Tiny and Sharp Nails whenever he loses HP, and stops HP costs from staggering him or dropping him below 1 HP, so the self-damage is the engine rather than a risk. At 3 Needlekin he throws an extra Double stitching at random enemies when an attack skill ends, and a third passive grants Needlekin at every turn end, so that trigger comes round without being set up. He carries 280 HP and Defense Level 65, with stagger thresholds at 50% (140 HP) and 30% (84 HP), and Slash is Fatal against him at double damage while Pierce lands Ineffective at half. His statuses are Pulsation, Bleed, Needlekin, Naildle, Tiny and Sharp Nails, Taxidermized, Pierce Fragility, L'Abject and Bind, which puts him squarely on the Le Rouge Bleed side of the season beside Sinclair and Ishmael.
His Identity page lists Lust as the affinity, and his individual skills read as Envy, Lust and Wrath off their icons rather than off page text, so treat the per-skill spread as the weaker of the two readings.
See the banners page for whether his Extraction is still running, and the status effects guide for how Bleed and the Charge variants resolve.
