Moldy Milk Molars are the Buggy-focused cousin of the standard Milk Molars in Grounded 2. You spend them on per-player upgrades to your Buggies, raising their max health, max stamina, healing, revive health, and inventory size. They are what turn a fresh hatchling mount into a battle-ready ride over time.
