The Masked Stranger is the main antagonist and first story boss of Grounded 2, an enigmatic teenage figure who commands an army of O.R.C. creatures. She has been testing the teens throughout the opening act, with the apparent goal of turning one of them to her side against Ominent. You confront her deep inside the Network Center, and after the fight she slips away rather than falling for good.
