Cooked Food is more than a hunger fix in Abiotic Factor: well-prepared meals grant meaningful buffs, so a good kitchen run feeds the whole squad's performance, not just their stomachs. The Cooking skill the Somatic Gastrologist excels at unlocks better recipes, including soups, from facility ingredients and Anteverse crops. Cooking unsafe food, though, risks food poisoning. Mastering the kitchen is a real survival edge.
