Velina Airgid is the first Wind attribute Agent in Zenless Zone Zero: an S-Rank Anomaly enabler who applies Wind off-field, hands the team a large Anomaly Proficiency buff, and unlocks the full kit of her partner Remielle.
How to Build
Stack Anomaly Proficiency first, then ATK%, and skip CRIT entirely. The detail most builds miss: her Core Passive converts Energy Regen into Windswept and Vortex damage, so disc 6 wants Energy Regen and the 2pc slot wants a 20% Energy Regen set (Swing Jazz or Moonlight Lullaby) rather than another Anomaly set. Signature W-Engine Joyau Dore, 4pc Wuthering Salon.
