Velina opens by applying Windswept and dropping enemy Anomaly Buildup RES, which makes every subsequent application land faster. Summon the cyclones, then swap to Jane so Physical anomaly collides with Velina's Wind and triggers Disorder while Vortex is up. Nicole groups the pack and shreds DEF, which matters more than usual because Vortex is AoE burst and wants everything in one place.
