Trains are the backbone of any large Satisfactory map. A rail network with freight cars moves enormous quantities of items and fluids across the entire world, connecting distant resource nodes to your central factory. Once built, a train line is effectively unlimited throughput for long hauls.
The Logistics King
Trains take real upfront effort — laying track, signaling, and building stations — but nothing else moves bulk cargo across the map as efficiently. They top the logistics tier list.
